Appointment Scheduling
Appointments may be made by calling your preferred salon phone number. Please keep in mind that calls may be forwarded to our corporate call center at peak times. We are experiencing a significant increase in call volume due to the Government Mandated shutdown. If you are unable to reach us, please leave your name and number and a member of our reservations team will contact you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Social Distancing:
Our salons have been reconfigured to maximize social distancing. To achieve this, you will find communal waiting areas and certain stations have been deactivated. Additionally, we have installed markers to indicate directional traffic flow throughout our salons.
Facemasks:
In order to minimize risk and comply with governmental guidelines, all staff and clients will be required to wear a facemask. If you arrive without a mask, one will be provided for you.
Capacity:
At this time, only those clients receiving services will be allowed to enter the salon. We ask that you kindly let us know you’ve arrived by texting Arrived to the telephone number of your salon. Someone from our salon team will respond via text when your Rocco Altobelli Salon Professional is ready to meet you for your appointment.
Payment:
In an effort to maximize sanitation efforts, Rocco Altobelli Salons is attempting to minimize cash transactions. Cash will not be available for tipping purposes and checks must be written only for the transaction amount. If you choose to tip outside of a normal credit card transaction, please deliver directly to your service provider.
For those who prefer a totally touchless payment experience, Rocco Altobelli Salons has the ability to safely and securely store your payment information in our system, thereby allowing for touch-free checkout. To take advantage of this option, please text Payment to the telephone number of your salon and one of our staff members will reach out to you.
