Salon of the Year Guidelines

Salon of the Year Guidelines

Participation:

The Lead Educators of each salon will do a model, and will also be providing help and guidance to their staff both before and on the day of RAFA.  One leader from each salon arrives at RAFA at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.
All departments’ employees are required to enter a model.

Those employees with at least 13 years of service as of February 26th, 2017. Who want to participate will be included in the handicap for that salon otherwise they will be exempt without penalty.

Styling and alternative models are to be done the day of the show.  Cut and color can be done before Sunday, but the  salon’s leader must verify the work.

Models must arrive by 12:00 p.m. to check in at the THE DEPOT and present their completed model release form at the check-in desk.

If you are not able to participate, your salon will be penalized unless you can arrange to have someone else do your model.  This model will be your substitute’s model and will be listed under their name.  By arranging for a substitute model, your salon will not be penalized points.
