Please contact the salon within 2 weeks of the original appointment to schedule a service adjustment with the original operator. If you prefer, we will happily schedule the service adjustment with one of our educators.
Please note: Our service guarantee does not apply if the guest decides to completely change the original look given from their last visit two weeks ago.
