Online Booking Guide

Here are some helpful hints regarding online booking:

Creating Your Account

In order to access our online booking function, you will be asked to create a client account. This account will establish your email address as your username. Please enter the email address currently recognized within our system to take full advantage of our online booking features, such as service history, appointment visibility, and rebooking options. If you do not remember the email associated with your salon account, please reach out to one of our salons and we will be happy to assist you.

During the initial booking process, you will be asked to place a credit card on file. For those clients visiting multiple locations, for security purposes, this step will be required at each location. Rest assured, your card will not be charged until you authorize payment upon completion of your service, or as described in our cancellation policy.

Services

We offer a curated selection of our service menu online. If you do not see a preferred service, please reach out to one of our locations and one of our guest services specialists will be happy to assist you with your booking.

For those valued guests with long, dense, or heavily textured hair, our online booking default options may not provide enough time to fully accommodate your needs. If unsure, please call us to schedule and one of our guest services specialists will be happy to assist you.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to our staff and other valued guests, we ask that you please provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. For your convenience, this may be done through our online booking portal. Cancellation within 24 hours must be made via telephone. Missed appointments with no notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may result in loss of online booking privileges.
